Lift Your Heart Vibes
Chanting & Sound

You will then open yourself up to an intuitively guided sound bath to amplify the feelings of balance, healing and love.
Charlotte is an Integrative Sound Healer, Kirtan Leader and Senior Yoga Teacher, from White Swan Sound and Yoga. With over 20 years experience, she encourages people to feel from the heart and discover themselves using sound, movement and stillness.
Connect with Consciousness
In this session you will be guided to connect with your inner senses and awaken to the power you have as an energetic being.
You will be guided to create healing intentions for yourself, loved ones, humanity and earth, and then use that power to connect with the greater consciousness supporting us all.
